Jessica White
I am a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing since graduating from the Academy of Massage & Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA in 2022. My work experience includes providing therapeutic massages at Kaynan Therapies, LLC in Halifax, PA and Heathers Haven Salon & Spa in Millersburg, PA. As a massage therapist, I have always been interested in how the body works and traditional healing practices. In 2020, I completed not only my 200-hour Yoga certification but also 3 additional Yoga certifications and my first two Reiki attunements. This ignited my passion to help others and in 2021, I completed my 300-hour Yoga certification and my Reiki mastership. When I finalized my massage training and became licensed, I knew that I had completed a full circle of ways to help as many people as I possibly could. I specialized in therapeutic massages; however, I do practice other modalities including Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Sports Massages. Currently, I am enjoying the ability to work with a variety of clientele. I love being able to help my clients feel better whether it’s relaxing and recharging themselves or addressing a special issue that helps bring some relief to their bodies. In addition to practicing massage therapy, I enjoy reading on my front porch swing, spending time with my cats, cooking all kinds of different foods with my teenage son and watching Premier League Soccer games on the weekend – Go Chelsea.
